NY Poetry School is founded by me, Alex Dimitrov, for anyone who loves & writes poetry & doesn’t like to follow the rules.

I’ve written four books of poems & taught poetry for over 15 years (Princeton, Columbia, Barnard, etc).

My classes are a real vibe & the people who take them are self-selecting. At the end someone always says, “how do we just continue this energy?”
